Do you test and certify emergency and exit lighting?

Yes — we test emergency and exit lighting to the relevant Australian Standard and provide documentation your strata committee or facilities manager can keep on file.

Can you work after hours to avoid disrupting tenants?

Yes, for common areas, car parks and retail we regularly schedule work outside business hours or overnight to minimise disruption.

Can you quote for a whole building or just common areas?

Both — we scope jobs from a single common-area upgrade through to a full building relamp, with pricing broken down so committees can approve stages separately if needed.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance, or one-off jobs only?

Both. Many strata and commercial clients move to a planned maintenance schedule after the first job, so failures are caught before they become a complaint.

Do you only do lighting, or other electrical work too?

We're licensed electricians and cover general electrical work — lighting is our focus because it's where we add the most value for building owners and residents.

A light is flickering or strobing — how fast can you get to it?

Flickering and strobing lights get priority scheduling — usually a failing driver or LED strip, and it's a quick, straightforward fix once we're on site.
